Common errors and how to fix them
The transparent background became white- JPG doesn't support transparency. Choose PNG or WebP, or pick a different fill color.
Only some files downloaded with Download all- Your browser may block multiple downloads. Allow multiple downloads for this site, or download the files one by one.

JPG is best for photos and gives small files. PNG keeps sharp edges and transparency, so it suits logos, screenshots and graphics. WebP is a modern format that's usually smaller than both and supports transparency — all current browsers display it.
JPG can't store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a solid color — white by default. Pick a different fill color, or choose PNG or WebP to keep the transparency.
